    To expedite service on your request, United Home Warranty will assign a  contractor to reach out to you as quickly as possible. In some cases, United Home  Warranty may offer you the ability to choose your own contractors, also known as  Outside Authorizations. If you choose to use outside authorizations, the service  contractor must be licensed where applicable, qualified in the applicable state  and trade, adequately insured for worker’s compensation and third-party  general, and have automobile liability coverage. ​United Home Warranty will not  reimburse you for services performed without prior authorization. ​You are  responsible for paying the service contractor’s charges and then must forward  the invoice to United Home Warranty for reimbursement minus any applicable  Trade Service Call Fee or costs not covered by your home warranty.
    Coverage begins 10 days from the day that the order is placed.
    United Home Warranty’s contracts last for 13 months.

      One of our service contractors will contact you to schedule an appointment. Pay your Trade Call Fee (TCF) – a fixed diagnosis fee based on your selected plan – and we’ll send a licensed,
      professional technician.

    • Life is good again.

      Our qualified local contractor will diagnose your covered item and offer a solution to repair or replace
      it.*
